Established in March 2003, CJSC “Russian Alcohol” is today the ultimate leader of the Russian strong alcohol market. According to Business Analytica, the holding’s market share reached 15% in 2009. In December 2009, Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) took possession of the 100% shareholding in Russian Alcohol Group. Other CEDC assets in Russia include Parliament Group and Whitehall.
The structure of CJSC “Russian Alcohol”, its management model as well as the managers’ professionalism meet the international standards – that is why we have become the world’s largest producer of vodka. The development and increased efficiency of our goods production and sale, growing profitability and return, and increased capitalization of the business assets that we control are the key priorities in our company’s activity.
Russian Alcohol Group consists of CJSC Topaz Distillery (Pushkino, Moscow Region), CJSC Siberian Distillery (Koltsovo village, Novosibirsk Region), First Kypazhniy Factory Inc. (Tula), Parliament Production LLC (Balashikha, Moscow Region), and Bravo Premium LLC that produces alcoholic cocktail beverages (St. Petersburg).
Brand portfolio
At a certain stage, the Russian Alcohol Group decided to improve the company’s portfolio with new brands and made changes to the most popular existing brands. At the present moment, the company’s factories in Russia produce the following products:
- Green Mark Vodkas: Green Mark Wheat Vodka, Green Mark Rye Vodka, Green Mark Cedar Nut Vodka.
- Juravli Vodka and Juravli Special Vodka
- Premium class vodkas: Marussya and Marussya Special
- Chorniy & Mykola Horilkas: Grechana na medy (buckwheat infused with honey) and Kvityche jita (Rye in flowering)
- Kalinov Lug Vodka and Special Kalinov Lug Vodka
- Gerbovaya Vodka and Special Gerbovaya Vodka
- Jamskaya soft, Jamskaya Non-hangover and Jamskaya Strong Vodkas
